Audit
48 hours · free
We message your business the way a customer would, at 9pm and on a Friday, and time every reply. You get the timestamps, what the wait is costing you, and an honest answer on whether the desk would pay for itself.
For UAE shops that run ads on Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook.
It reads every message the moment it lands, in English or Arabic, asks the questions a good salesperson would ask, quotes only from your price sheet, and hands anything about money to your team.

At Flexnet we run the AI sales agent that answers every one of those messages. It reads each one the moment it lands, works out what the customer needs, quotes from the prices you keep, and books the sale. Your team approves anything it isn't sure about.
I built the first one for my father's shop. It has worked the night shift ever since. More about us ↗
Say you run a gifting shop in Dubai and your Instagram ads run all day. This is what the desk does between closing time and breakfast. Scroll.
The same flow runs tonight for Floreal Invites in Karachi. Read the case study ↗
She saw the ad on Instagram and messaged straight away. At most businesses her message waits until someone opens the app in the morning, and by then she has asked two other shops.
The desk replies in her language, and asks only what it needs: the date and which hamper. The chats that convert are the ones where someone asked a question before quoting.
Every number comes from the sheet the owner keeps. It is built to quote only from the sheet, and not to promise dates. If the sheet doesn't cover something, it says so and asks the team.
Payment screenshots, discounts, complaints and custom work go to your team. The desk says thank you, flags it, and waits. It never confirms a payment on its own.
What came in, what was answered, what was quoted and paid, and the one thing that needs a human decision. Every reply from the night is there to read.

Three steps, and the first one is free. Your team's part: ten minutes a day grading drafts in the first two weeks, then only the chats it hands over.

Weeks 1 and 2 · drafts only
The desk runs on your own number but sends nothing. For two weeks it drafts every reply and your team grades them on their phones: good, better, wrong. About ten minutes a day. It learns how you talk and what you'd never say.
03
Week 3 on · answering
It goes solo on the safe replies: questions, qualifying, quotes from your sheet. Money, complaints, discounts and custom work still wait for a person. Every reply is logged, and every week you get the numbers, ad by ad.
In the language the customer wrote in: English, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi. Fridays and Eid included.
Occasion, city, date, quantity. Then one quote that fits. The full price list never gets pasted into a chat.
It is built to quote only what is on the sheet: no made-up numbers, discounts or delivery dates. If the sheet doesn't cover it, it says so and asks you.
“How much is this?” with a photo from your feed, or a competitor's, gets a real answer, or the one question that settles it.
Payment screenshots, refunds, big orders, custom work. It says thank you, flags it, and waits for your team.
Every chat is tied to the ad it came from. Each week: chats, quotes, paid, by ad, on your phone.
One setup fee, one monthly fee, cancel any month. Nothing else.

My father runs Floreal Invites, a celebration-box business in Karachi. The ads run all day, the messages come in all night, and for years the ones that landed after nine were answered the next morning, if at all. Weekends were worse.
So I built him a sales desk. It reads every message, asks the questions a good salesperson would ask, quotes from his price sheet and nothing that isn't on it, and hands anything about money to the team. It has worked his nights ever since.
Every business owner I showed it to had the same problem. So that is all Flexnet does now, for businesses that run ads and can't keep up with the replies.
Read Floreal's story ↗It quotes only from your price sheet, and dates, discounts and refunds go to a person. For the first two weeks it sends nothing at all; your team grades every draft. It only goes live on the kinds of replies your team has already approved, and every reply is logged for you to read.
Yes. It replies in the language the customer wrote in: English, Gulf Arabic, Urdu, Hindi. During the shadow weeks you'll see the Arabic drafts before any go out, and you can tell it which words your customers use.
They want an answer. At 11pm, a correct answer in 40 seconds beats a human at 10am. Anyone who asks for a person gets one, and your team can take over any chat at any time; the desk steps back the moment they do.
Meta's agent is fine for a one-person shop. It doesn't work from your price sheet, doesn't let your team approve replies, and doesn't tell you which ad paid. Ours is set up around your sheet, graded by your team before it goes live, and has a person on our side reading the edge cases every day.
Weeks one and two: about ten minutes a day. Drafts show up as cards on their phones; they tap good, better or wrong, and fix the wrong ones. After that, only what the desk hands over: payment screenshots, complaints, custom requests. For most businesses that is a handful of chats a day.
Yes. Your number keeps working in the WhatsApp Business app on your phones, and the desk connects to the same number through the WhatsApp Business Platform. Your team keeps answering from the app as before, the desk's replies show up in the same chats, and nothing is lost. Connecting takes about a day.
The desk is built for businesses that sell things off a price list: boxes, abayas, sofas, perfume. If you sell consultations, viewings or treatments it can still answer questions and take the booking, but it is tuned for products first. Say what you sell in the audit form and we'll tell you plainly whether it fits.
Your Instagram professional account and the Facebook Page it's linked to, your WhatsApp Business number, and your price list. We do the Meta setup with you on a call. Most businesses are live within a week.
On a server we run, used only to answer your customers and show you the chats. Customers can ask for their conversation to be deleted. We don't use it for anything else and we don't train AI on it.
The audit is free. Setup is AED 4,900 once, half on signing and half at go-live, and the first three businesses pay AED 2,900. After that the desk is AED 1,900 a month for up to 1,500 chats, cancel any month, plus Meta's own per-message fees at cost (usually a few hundred dirhams).
