How a brief moves

From your client's request to launch day.

A physio clinic asks its agency for a booking app. Scroll to follow what happens when the agency hands it to us.

  1. Step 1 of 5

Your client asks for something new.

A booking app, a portal, an AI feature. It's outside what your team builds, or your team is already full.

  2. Step 2 of 5

    You forward us the brief.

In a shared Slack channel, an email, or a call. Rough is fine. We ask the questions that turn it into a scope.

  3. Step 3 of 5

A fixed quote within two working days.

What will be built, by when, and what it costs you. You know your margin before you quote your client.

  4. Step 4 of 5

Progress shows up in your tools.

Work moves across your tracker every day and you get a written update every week. No chasing.

  5. Step 5 of 5

    It launches under your name.

Released through your staging, with the code in your repos. Your client thanks you, not us.

Take on bigger builds without hiring.

If any of these sound familiar, you're who we work for.

01 · Turning work down

Say yes to the project you'd have passed on.

A client asks for an app or a portal your team doesn't build, or your team is full. Saying no hands the project, and sometimes the client, to someone else.

Hand us the brief and deliver it under your name.

02 · Hiring

Pay for the build, not a salary.

A senior developer in Australia costs AUD 140k or more before super, and project work comes in waves. Hire for one project and the salary carries on after it ships.

With us, the bill stops when the project ships.

03 · Freelancers

Never chase a freelancer again.

It works until it breaks. Then nobody answers, the code is a mystery, and you're the one apologising to the client.

One founder answers for every deliverable, with a written update every week.

04 · AI requests

Say yes when clients ask for AI.

Clients want assistants and automation, and they expect you to guide them. Doing it well takes someone who has shipped it into live products.

We have, so you can quote it with confidence.

Your clients stay yours. In writing.

The four things every agency asks us first. They're in the contract, not just on this page.

Partnership terms, in plain English

  1. 1.

    The client relationship is yours.

We never contact your clients unless you bring us into the conversation, and then we join as part of your team. A non solicit clause covering your clients and staff goes in the contract.

  2. 2.

    We fit your process.

Progress shows up in your Slack and your tracker, and releases go through your staging. Keep us behind the scenes, or bring us into client calls. Your call.

  3. 3.

    You own the code.

All IP transfers to you on payment. The code lives in your repos, so you can take it in house or elsewhere at any time.

  4. 4.

    It stays confidential.

A mutual NDA covers your clients, their projects, and the fact that we work together.

Murtaza Nooruddin

Noorix Digital Solutions, Australia

Agencies don't stay four years by accident.

Five of Noorix's projects, in order. Their clients' names stay private.

  1. Apr 2022

    Noorix website

Their own site. The first job.

  2. Jun 2022

    A client's mobile app

Phase two of an app another team had started.

  3. Nov 2022

    Marketplace platform

A marketplace for booking commercial spaces: web app, admin and backend, released through Noorix's staging.

Still shipping to it every week

  4. Jun 2023

    A client's WordPress site

    Small build, quick turnaround.

  5. Sep 2026

    Field operations platform

Their next client came straight to us. The API, web app and mobile app, plus AI that turns client emails into tickets.

AI inside products that already run

Voice AI for a platform used by healthcare practices, and an assistant that finds repair fixes from a vehicle's VIN for a manufacturer's warranty team.

What you can hand us

The custom software your clients ask for, delivered from brief to launch.

Web apps and platforms
Marketplaces, portals, dashboards and internal tools. Angular, React, Next.js, Node, NestJS, Postgres.
Mobile apps
iOS and Android from one codebase with React Native or Flutter, through to store release.
AI features that ship
Assistants grounded in your client's data, email to ticket intake, document reading, voice agents, and automations that remove data entry.
Backends and integrations
APIs, payments, maps, calendars, CRMs and accounting tools, plus the hosting and monitoring around them.
Care after launch
Fixes, small changes and monthly improvements on a retainer, so launched projects keep earning for you.

Try us on real work first.

No long sales process, and no big commitment up front.

  1. Step 1

    A 30 minute call

Tell us about the client or project you have in mind. If we're not a fit, we'll say so on the call.

  2. Step 2

    A two week paid pilot

One real feature from your backlog, scoped up front and shipped in two weeks for a fixed AUD 2,500. Judge the result, the communication and how we take feedback before you commit to anything bigger.

  3. Step 3

Then the way that suits you

Ongoing delivery on a monthly plan, or fixed price projects quoted per client. Month to month, with no lock in.

Clear pricing, so you can protect your margin.

Billed in AUD. You set your price to your client; we never see it.

Pilot

Start here

AUD 2,500

fixed, two weeks

One real feature, scoped and shipped. The lowest risk way to find out if we work for you.

Ongoing delivery

From AUD 5,000

per month

An agreed plan of what ships each month, delivered against it and reported weekly. Change the plan month to month.

Fixed price project

Quoted per build

usually within two working days

A scoped build for one of your clients at a fixed price, so your margin is known before you quote them.

Questions agencies ask us

Anything else, ask Talha on the call.

Will you ever approach our clients?

No. We never contact your clients unless you ask us to join a call, and when we do, we join as part of your team. The contract includes a non solicit clause covering your clients and staff.

Who is accountable for delivery?

Talha, the founder. You get one point of contact who answers for every deliverable, and the same small team stays on your projects from the pilot onward, so nobody has to relearn your client's work.

What about time zones?

We're online 9am to 2pm Sydney time every working day, so you get same day answers and a live window for calls. Work also moves on while you're offline.

How do you keep the quality up?

Every change goes through code review and your staging environment before it reaches your client. You have access to the repos from day one, and the pilot lets you check the code before you commit.

Who owns the code?

You do. IP transfers to you on payment, the code lives in your repos, and you can move it anywhere at any time.

How do we pay?

We invoice monthly in Australian dollars, paid into an Australian bank account. No currency risk on your fixed quotes.

What if it doesn't work out?

Monthly plans are month to month. Stop with a month's notice and you keep everything: the code, the documentation and the access.

Can you work in our tools?

Yes. Slack, Teams, Jira, Linear, Trello, GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket. We adapt to your process; you don't adapt to ours.

Got a client project you've been unsure about taking on?

Book 30 minutes with me and bring the brief. You'll leave with a straight answer on whether we can build it, roughly what it costs, and how a pilot would work.
